For over ten years, I’ve been creating and making art. I am aware that when I create art it is therapeutic, calming, and fills my soul. The pieces I make are beautiful inside and out. They have stories that are directly connected to me AND stories of their own that is only apparent to each viewer.
It is known that art is healing. I did not know how powerful this is until I became the medicine for my own stories.
Coming to terms with duality, the light and the darker emotions, I found myself facing the latter with paint and brushes. My darker emotions needed to be addressed, welcomed, and acknowledged. Visually seeing and using the darkest paints to create something that is NOT light or jolly, was such a balm to my soul. And a long awaited one too.
I ground and connect to Higher Spirit, Guides, and angels to bring forth what healing elements are for you best and highest good. And these will be elevated through a watercolor painting, especially, and very specially created JUST FOR YOU.
It is a thoughtful art piece that speaks volumes: It can be immensely powerful.
